Yep, that is an ad for one of the horses from MGA.  They made several different types.   Some were musical, some had light up hooves, etc.

The ceramic duck with hat and lolly is a ceramic mold that you paint and fire yourself. There was a matching girl in the set. I made the same ones when I was 8.
