I am writing here because you haven't responded to my message. I've sent you my payment via Paypal almost a week ago and haven't recieved any feedback from you. Did you recieve the money? Please reply to me. Or is there a problem with me buying the doll? Did you happen to sell it already? I'm waiting for any kind of reply from you.

Hi,

The package has arrived, but there's a problem. I asked for the Grape doll not the strawberry one since I happen to have her already. I would like to get the purple doll, since I paid her price and have written twice which doll I wanted. What's your suggestion on solving this problem? Please reply to me, because I have written a private message already, one personal message and a second one is here now.

By the way I have kept the doll I got in its mint condition, and have not removed her from her box so her value didn't change. :-)
