Title: Remember stretch armstrong?

Anyone remember as a kid playing with a toy called stretch armstrong?

There was an advert on tv where he would stretch all the way down the stairs, I swear this was a lie as mine would always tear!

Did any of you manage?

There was a brunet version from the 90's that I had and he also had a dog called "Fetch Armstrong" that I had as a part of my toy collection too!  He's filled with--believe it or not!--corn syrup and is pretty much indestructible.  There is a channel on YouTube called ADHD that makes it a point to attack him with JUST ABOUT every type of weapon and scientific implement possible FOR SCIENCE!

I had an original 70s one when they were new I never tried it that far though.
