Does anyone know who the little girl in green second from the right is?

I don't own her, she's currently in a lot on eBay.  I collect Strawberry Shortcake look-a-likes so I'm quite interested but whole lot is priced too high for me to consider buying just to get her, although I am tempted  ::)

I don't think she's sweet scents - her face looks more like the Remco Around the World dolls but pretty sure she's not one of them.  Intriguing!

Knickerbocker have dolls of that size and body shape...I think they have a Holly Hobby one, maybe check them out.

She looks kinda like a Baby Petals doll. The faceup looks like other baby petals dolls. and the clothes look like tulip's clothes only green
