I would like to know if you can sell sky dancer toys I know they were recalled but I have a base for one of them and do not want it.

I had to ask I have a base for one of them but no doll I do not collect them. It is the bunny carousel style one . It cleaned up nicely , and the glitter is still there. If I get no takes for it I might keep it I will have to post some better photos too.

It depends on where you're selling them--on ebay I know you're not allowed to, although people do all the time. If it's just on Craiglist it should be okay.
I also doubt a base without a doll would be a problem, you should be fine. :)
I remember when they were recalled, but I never got any injuries from mine! I found one of the newer ones at a yard sale recently and was curious about how they had made them "safer". When I tried it out it did fly, but not very well--I went and got my vintage one and it went at least twice as high and far! I think the "safety" measure was making their head big enough that they don't fly well anymore. At least the new one lights up and makes a little sound effect though. :P

I think I am going to add it to my craiglist posts so far I have no takers for my toys but there is a festival coming up in my home town so I might have a better chance then. I will keep you guys posted .
