the swan came part of a three piece set - two carousel horses and the swan which was like a carridge

I cant for the life of me tonight remember what the name of the two horses were that came as a set with the swan. all i know is you could buy them seperately but to get the swan you had to buy the set.

so not gonna part with any then? lol im desperate to add to my collection im sort of relieving my childhood here lol xxx

I have nooooo memory of that at all I have a complete carosel that I'm keeping but will have a look to see if I have the smaller stand you mentioned i know I did have it just not sure if I kept it or not  think it had some of the later horses on it the bright beautys might have given it away though will check parents loft 4 you

There's quite a number of these on ebay.co.uk at the moment including a bundle of charms and a boxed carousel. Have you checked them out?

Hi Kyrstal,
There is not much on the internet and what is there has many mistakes.I have 54 original horses + many many duplicates. I met a lady who worked for matchbox in the US and was on the board who decided which horses came about in the late 80s/90s. That is why the black horse twilight was seen on ebay a while back. Only 7 were made for the board not mass produced. I am fortunate enough to have 2 mint in box and was told the1 other was taken out of its box and the others she thinks got destroyed.  I have been collecting for years to get the whole collection for my daughter as i had one as a child but now of course would love them all and almost have the complete collection. I am only missing Golda & dancer.
I have lots of extras including ones in boxes but my main aim of course is to get the ones i have missing. I have a few of the charms and a Silver Dawn for sale. Silver Dawn's colors are pretty faded, though. She's not as white and bright as my other horses, which is why I'm putting her for sale.
