Lenore emailed me this doll image and description:

"Hi, I've been searching for information on a doll that a found in a thrift store. She looks like she might be a sailor moon doll but I can't find any information confirming this. Her back reads Totsy 1994 Made in China and the back of her head reads Totsy '95. Her clothes are removable and I'm pretty sure they're original as they match her tiara. The tiara is not removable and she has gold earrings that match it in each ear. She is about the size of a Barbie doll and has 'anime styled' eyes. Her limbs are bendable and her boots are removable. I'd really like to know if she has a name. Thanks a ton."
Lenore

UPDATE!!!
Thanks to Rhi who pointed me in the right direction for me to ID this doll as a Moonbeam Traveler doll, produced by Totsy in 1994/95.
