I am a huge g1 mlp collector. I am not interested in g2-3 at all but there are a few g4 that temp. AND they really, really need to make a g4 pet pack because they are too cute!

G4 ponies have actually been out for quite a while now - there's a TV series and everything. Go to any toy aisle and they should be there. I think I like this design better than G3.5

This ^
Actually, the cartoon has become so popular it has even spawned a new sub-culture for male MLP fans, namely the Brony community! ^__^
Personally I adore the new toys; They're small and easy to display, and very close to the cartoon originals, which is awesome :D
And luckily enough I live in the Nordics, so I have full access to the (slightly overpriced) blind-bag ponies as well as most of the new toys, so I'm a very happy MLP fan indeed ^___^

A quote from wikipedia:

"Older fans of the show have adopted the title "brony" , a portmanteau of the words "bro" and "pony". Though generally taken to refer to male fans, the term is often applied to any fan of the show outside the target demographic, regardless of gender"

I'm fairly sure I'm not allowed to link to it on this site, at least if GotD's is PG13, which I can't remember atm (allthough I'm fairly certain it is) but if you google "Equestria Daily" you'll find that at least that site in particular has quite a few male, or "brony", followers: In fact, I believe it's even run by a brony! ^__^

some of the ones that seem to be made for exclusive ones seem very very heavy on the blinding colors and it is such a busy looking pony! looking at them makes me dizzy!  ::)
