[ID: Luv Buds] small girl with opening flower

I haven't been able to find any pictures of this toy, which I had when I was little. I don't know where it came from, as it had belonged to my cousin and she just gave it to me when she got too old for it. Her dad was in the military and travelled a lot, so it could be from anywhere.

It had a small plastic girl figure maybe 3-4 inches tall, and a plastic flower with opening petals. I don't know how it worked, but I believe that you used water somehow to open the petals, because I always had it by the bathroom sink. The doll would sit (or stand maybe, I don't remember if her limbs bent or not) inside the closed flower.

I wish I could remember more about it, but any help identifying it would be greatly appreciated. ^_^
