Looking to buy Commonwealth "Don't Be Blue" hound dog w/teardrop

I'm looking for a Commonwealth plush hound dog made in the '80s. He's small, dark blue and made out of the same material as a Beanie Baby. He's in a sitting down pose, has big, sad embroidered eyes with a tear coming out of his right one, soft-sculptured eyebrows, a light blue nose, and a sewn-in tag reading, "Don't Be Blue."

He looked almost excactly like this dog, except he was much smaller(The dog in the picture is 15 inches tall), and I think that he also had a light blue belly button.
