[ID: Posey Ponies] 1999 Horses and riders O.S.F.T. China??

Around the late 90's, I got a few horse figures.
They have magnetic hooves and the necks are moveable. So much so that they never stay in an upright position.

They are pretty small in size. I've been told they may be Breyer, but looking at pictures of Breyer horses I do not think they are them. These figures had a softer looking plastic.
I remember they had accessories to put on the horses, such as pink ribbons, saddles and lots of accessories like that.

I may be mistaken, but there was jumps as well. I remember they came with female riders. Don't think they were to be purchased separately.

I'm not sure if I still have them in the house or they were given away

No :( that's one of the results I get when trying to find the name. They were very small horse figures

Could they have been the "Ponies" series from Breyer? They aren't Breyer proper, but I do believe some of them move and they have all sorts of accessories, riders, jumps, etc.

I had a look around and there is something called 'Pony Gals' by Breyer, as well which is kind of similar.
I don't think they are by Breyer at all. Looking around at their style, it doesn't seem it was made by Breyer. Breyer have very distinctive and well detailed horses. These weren't very detailed. The necks don't look very articulate.

The horses I had were really quite small. I would compare the size to fitting in a CD shape circle. perhaps a little out of the circle. The horses are very thin in limb size as well.
I think the horse necks are moveable in 3 spots or two. Not just in one spot.
I strongly remember the hooves are magnets. That's one detail I can still confirm. I THINK the mouths and food are as well. They may be even a cheap Chinese toy. Will keep looking.

I had a look on ebay and there is actually a My Little Pony that has magnetic hooves. I can confirm it was not a my little pony.

Thanks for your help :)

I think she is trying to be a fakie for the littlest pet shop ponies. The size and designs are very similar. I will see if I can find anything out, but you might ask on the my little pony and littlest pet shop boards too.

I made a post on this before but just today went into my cupboard and found some more pieces! All from my childhood. [Topics now merged - GOTD]

Below is what I have in total. Majority seems to be there. Two riders, two horses, two saddles...some other pieces. Surprised the original apple still exists lol! All the pieces say os.f.t

Can't find anything on O.S.F.T on search except wrestling figures??

Trademarkia has a toy called Posey Ponies registered to Original San Francisco Toymakers in 1999. Unfortunately a quick search for these toys came up with nothing.

I was able to do a quick google search and was able to find this photo so I think it is most likely a posey pony!

Great job!  I admire your vigilance and detective work. It only took 3 years for another one of these to pop up. lol. I guess these "Posey Ponies" are super rare.
