Holly Hobbie doll?
« on: Sunday 07 February 2016, 11:16 am »
I found two dolls yesterday. One is clearly Grandma Hobbie from the 1970s by Knickerbocker, as dress label indicates. The other one looks similar but newer. She has blonde hair and a green bonnet with pink floral underside at front. She has lost her clothes. Could she be Holly Honbbie too?

I remember those in the 80's. They were sold in stores like Ames and Zayre and sometimes came in clear plastic bags. They came in many sizes from giant to mini. I don't remember them having a name, just being a generic country girl/Holly Hobbie type doll.
