Can anyone help me identify this toy?

I unfortunately don't have any pictures but I remember her well.

I've been trying to find her online for years with no luck.

I'm guessing she was produced late 90s, early 2000s. (Unless i got her used, then I'm not sure.)

She was 2 or 3 inches tall and had blonde hair and blue eyes. Was wearing hard plastic overalls that were blue. She had yellow sleeves and blue shoes.

In the middle of her overalls was a heart, that would glow along with her cheeks.

She came with a teddy bear on a necklace and when they would kiss, her heart and cheeks would glow.
The teddy bear was an off white i believe.

I loved her so much as a kid, and I'd love to find her again!

I thought she could maybe be a pj sparkles doll, but i don't think she is

omg thank you so much. That's definitely her. Although I think maybe she was supposed to be a he, i found her. Mine was slightly different colour, so i wonder if maybe she was from a different line. Mine's hair stood up straight , her paint was rubbed off and her heart had fallen inside of her body.

I'm also so curious about how i got her! I live in Canada!
