These were the games that I was obsessed with:

Maniac Mansion on Nintendo (If you beat this, you are my hero!)

I had that! (and yes, beat it)

Does anyone remember the game "Go For It"?  I used to love this game.  I have forgotten the rules now, but I remember you were able to pick out what kind of house, car, and profession you wanted.  I think I had it some time in the late 80s.

Ouija
-I remember my brother telling me to "rules" and steps to follow before I use the Ouija Board. I also totally believe that a friend and I comunicated with my dead neighbor!)

MASH!
-The Fortune Telling Game for Girls! (I know it's not a board game but I spent so much time playing it, I had to include it in my list.)

The Ouija Board was pretty much always at the sleep overs that my friends and I had!  I also remember that there was a Ouija board movie that we just happened to see on tv during one of our sleep overs that totally freaked us out before using the Ouija board.

MASH...I spent so much time playing this with my friends....I still have some of my old MASH games somewhere :)

Oh wow...I think that might be the one!  It is definitely around the right time...1986 :)  I haven't seen it since then.  I will have to try and get it to watch it again :)  Thanks!

Just typical ones like 'Ludo' and 'Snakes and Ladders' and 'Monopoly'

My favourite  games were probably the 2 Saddle Club games :)
I have both, but they have lost so many of their pieces...

and the Mary Kate and Ashley one

I think I still have that somewhere but because the cardboard is so thin and inside wasn't an actual tray, things just kept falling out. I would be honestly surprised if I found that game and everything was intact

OH and 'Holiday' it's an 80's game
That's long gone now.

oh and Hungry Hungry Hippos :)

Probably will rebuy them someday
