Toy ID (Pull-back Dog Figure?)
« on: Sunday 01 April 2018, 02:24 pm »
I found this figure at a thrift store yesterday:

It doesn't mention a production date or manufacturer anywhere so I've got no clue what it is!
It some wheels underneath with a pull-back mechanism.

I hope somebody can help me. :)

Looks as though it could be a companion pet to a bigger toy. Have you tried Keypers, ML Pony, Strawberry Shortcake playsets?

Unfortunately, it doesn't seem to match any of the things mentioned above! The style of eyes just don't match up and MLP, Strawberry Shortcake etc toys usually have markings!

The pull back mechanism is strange too! Maybe he was sold in supermarkets or something when Keypers and Little Pretty Kitties were popular. That would explain why he's so hard to find online!

Either way, a cute find :)
