I had something very similar.  I also remember putting make up on it, and the pictures of those Make Me Up Darlings drive me crazy because they are so familiar, but so not *it*.  The mouth is wrong, or something.

Out of my price range, but she turned up. :) I was right about the comb. It looks like the application wand was a piece of sponge stuffed into a little plastic tube.
