I found what I think is a He-man Battle Cat at an antique store, but didn't buy it cuz I wasn't sure if it was real.  It was hollow inside--is that normal?

I do not think that is normal I found a six inch battle cat the other day missing his amour , but he was solid plastic not hollow.  I just did a e-bay search there are a few versions one from 1978 one from 1980 something and new one was made with cool looking armor in 2003.

The 1978 looks like this

1980: http://cgi.ebay.com/He-Man-Battle-Cat-100-Complete-MOTU-Original-1980s-/270613483135?cmd=ViewItem&pt=LH_DefaultDomain_0&hash=item3f01d20e7f

2003 MC Donald version this is the one I found  : http://cgi.ebay.com/He-Man-MOTU-Battle-Cat-2003-McDONALDS-/230503634953?cmd=ViewItem&pt=LH_DefaultDomain_0&hash=item35ab165809

Thanks for the info!  I think the one I found was a knock-off it was hollow and didn't have any markings.

Actually, I think the 1980 version is hollow. I'm not an expert or anything, but I know that my cousin had a hollow one and it would be unlikely that he'd have a knock off version.

I have the other 1980s cat, Panther, and it's hollow so I would imagine Battle Cat is too Smiley
