Does ANYONE have more info on these? I had one I LOVED as a child (wish I still had it-I'd still wear it!) and my cousin did too. the only thing I can find are pics and called Junk Necklaces. There were many charms and varieties. I want to know who made em and if there's more to them than just that name.

I remember these too and was trying to find a pics a while back. I would search under plastic charms. They are very neat. I've got a few small pieces only.

yeah they were called charm necklaces...and most of the charms you would get through gumball machines

A lot of the pieces on the top one were sold as keyrings for about 30-50p most had little metal bells on them I remember I had the clown from the top pic but my fave was a little pink phone one xxx

I think some people sell them on etsy. There's a section on there for vintage stuff.

I remember seeing many of these pieces in Ispy childrens books. Smiley They are really fun to look through!

Oh I get you now! What you want to do to find them on etsy (or ebay - they have a number of auctions too) is type in 80s plastic charms then on etsy you'd click on vintage (no doubt there are some listed in  handmade but you wouldn't want to be going through all those listings) and voila!
