Title: Does anyone recognise this doll and cereal toy?

The green motorcycle one might not be a cereal toy. I remember getting one of those in a pack with a bunch of other similar characters. They were called something like Space Warriors, or Galactic Police.
They all had the little string hole on the top.
Would have been back in 1978ish

I've found out the green toy is from The Moon Platoon Set...
