I am trying to remember the name of this amazing toy bracelet I had in the late 80's. It was plastic and hollow inside and you filled it with candy and then there was a little dispenser on part of the bracelet. I swear I had it filled with mini Chiclets but they may have been Nerds - or Dweebs even (anyone remember Dweebs?!) It was sort of similar to a Sweet Secret or a Fazz in the fact that they were sort of marketed as "girl" transformer like toys that either changed into something else or had a dual purpose but I don't think it was either one of those brands but I could be wrong.
Any ideas???
