Title: Unknown doll brand

Can please anyone help me find these dolls brand?

The info I can give you is that these dolls were sold in Portugal between 2005-2008 in PVC tube packagings as Fashion Fever Barbies or Charlie & Cate Denim & Diamonds or Out &  About dolls. They was called Gals In The City. But searching by the name I cant find anything at all. Actually yesterday I found out Charlie & Cate Denim & Diamonds had the exact same boots as these Gals in The City. So can I have hopes?

Looks like the brand of dolls is Chad Valley
