I scanned the board and couldn't find any info on either of these so I figured I'd give it a try. I have no idea what I did with the first toy, but I'm posting a picture of the accessories I still have. It is a hard plastic hand held battery operated educational toy for preschoolers that came out sometime in the 80s. It came with different colored cards that had holes at the top in different positions. You placed the cards one at a time into a yellow holder that goes inside the toy. You press a button to answer multiple choice questions. The second toy is a pink and white iron. Its pretty beat up, but it had a dial that you turn that makes the iron light up and play a song. the cards kinda remind me of the ones that came with Major Morgan which was a hand held game.. but I dont think thats it.

Touch & Learn My First Computer with Voice (1988) by Playtime
It's very similar, but the Touch & Learn cards all have holes in a straignt line along the bottom, where as star81's aren't. I found a larger picture:
