Misty emailed me this box image and description:

"Hi, I am wondering if you can help ID this accessory? It's a tiny cardboard box with balloons and tag with words 'For Baby'. I know it's not my little pony."

I could be way off but I think it looks like something that might have come with a Mattel Magic Nursery Baby doll?

I was thinking the same thing about the Magic Nursery Doll. I had one and that box looks familiar.
