[2 of 3 id-ed] Help Please

I have no idea what these toys are and was hoping someone could help!

I got the rattle as part of a huge precious places lot- I know nothing about it and there are no marks!  The frog I always used with the PP for as long as I can remember but have no clue what it  goes to- again there are no marks.  the picnic basket says 1988 Fisher-Price and both sides open up!  Any help would be appreciated.  Thanks!

ID 1: Rattle - ?
ID 2: Frog - Quints "Cycle for 5" playsets.
ID 3: Picnic Basket - Smooshees Cuddler Companions "Brooke & Bubbles"

I believe that the frog could belong to the Tyco Quints Cycle set. Here's a link to my picture:

YAY!!  That would make sense too since I have that set as well!!  Wow I feel kind of dumb lol  :-)
