I don't think it's a Krystal Princess as they were made by Playskool/Hasbro in 1992.

Are those cords coming out of the top of her head? And is the skirt removeable?

Toymax made the Light Up World of Everglo dolls in 1995--This seems to have the same face mold, but unless she also has fiber optic plastic strands in her hair and her feet are shaped like a heart with a hole for the light to go into, she isn't one of those.

Here's a picture of some Everglo dolls for reference, it's the best one I could find:

Hey! Thanks Erica! I was just thinking of creating a thread for (what I now know are) Everglo dolls! I had the Native American one. Why she is a blond, is beyond me. XD

Hey!  I bought that lot of Everglos!  Heeheehee.  Weird.

I have an extra now of both of those dolls, so if you are interested Batty, let me know!  I'm not sure if you still have your not so native american anymore :P

I have a blue fairy that I'm now sure is an Everglo, although she only came with a small pedestal and not a big jewelry box looking thing. Maybe I'll start and Everglo thread in the general discussion section, since there are basically no pictures of them anywhere and I want to see what the others looked like.

As for the doll at hand, do you know if her hair was totally made up of those cords when she was new? And it looks like the bow is molded on; what is her outfit under the skirt? Sorry for all the questions but it helps me in searching to know what special features she has.

i've just spoken to my mum, having looked at the doll again i remember having one except it's hair was yellow. my mum remembers it too :) in regards to the cord things at the top of the hair, i'm sure you unravel them or do something to make them turn out crimped like the rest of it's hair.

This doesn't help a whole lot with IDing her, but I found the patent for her hair:

Note that the guy who invented it worked for Toymax and it was filed in 1995.

It's not much help, but I found a picture on Flickr of her with a blonde girl from the line.

The other 2 dolls that person is trying to identify are Lil' Snaps. The flat dolls.
