I've identified the pink comb. This seems to be a Pretty Pony fakie one.

'The Ice cream cone came from the ice cream truck gen 3 MLP play set that is the very part I am missing! 

That round plastic thing with a butterfly on it may be a gen 3 MLP shoe.

The bear may be part of the ponyville amusement park play set or part of a bonus set.
