VINTAGE 1970s 20" RAG DOLL Thumb Sucking Big Eyes 3662 Sekiguchi Gege Maudie Mae

VINTAGE 1970s DOLL with fabric body and plastic head and hand. She can suck her thumb and has large cartoon eyes. Comes with original dress, bonnet and knickerbockers.

Marked "3662" on back of neck. Measures 52cm long.
