Topsy Turtles were produced by Hasbro in 1988-1989. There were five plush baby turtle characters, measuring about 6 inches high. Each turtle came with a detachable, reversible shell which when turned inside out transformed into something else. They also came with one or two other accessories.

There were five plush baby turtle characters at first (1988), with five more added the following year (1989). They measured about 6 inches high. Each turtle came with a detachable, reversible shell which when turned inside out transformed into something else. They also came with one or two other accessories.

This 1989 Hasbro catalogue images shows five more characters were introduced, but had a very small run.
Their names were:

- Cindy Swan
- Princess Pammy
- Sea Shell Nell
- Suzanne Sedan
This one is Cindy Swan (#71008), and the only one I have ever found an image of.
