I took a walk around town at the weekend whilst visiting the folks back in Bath, and took a few photographs of chimney-potted roof lines against an increasingly clouding sky.
It had been abut ten years since I last did the touristy thing in Bath, so visited the Roman Baths, Museum of Fashion and the Victoria Gallery on a special ticket thingy.
There was a lovely low sun when I visited the American Museum on Sunday, so as well as some inside, I took a few photos of the view from Claverton Manor before leaving.
Here’s a few photos of Bradford On Avon, Wiltshire I took whilst visiting in March. There is a lovely little Saxon church (St Laurence’s) just before the town centre and a interesting town bridge with a small domed building on it which was the overnight lockup for naughty people.
Photographs taken on a day trip out on Sunday 9th September 2012. Starting with Villa Pisani, then boarding a boat at Dolo for a trip along the Riviera del Brenta, visiting Villa Widmann and Villa Foscari (aka “La Malcontenta”) along the way.
Photographs of the windmill in Rayleigh, which we looked around when I took the folks over for a visit at the weekend. It was quite an overcast day, so thought the photos looked better in black and white.
