Teeny Turtle Tots

"Teeny Turtle Tots are so much fun to cuddle and play with! Each Teeny Turtle Tots playset comes with a soft cuddle figure, plastic shell-shaped accessory, teddy bear, brush and blanket, all in pastel colour combinations!"

There were four Teeny Turtle Tots and playsets pictured in US Mattel publicity, and six in France (with seven playsets). Each one came with a small playset which included a shell shaped part, teddy bear, blanket and brush. Their bonnets and shells were not removable. There was a part in every playset shaped like a shell.

I don't know if the Teeny Turtle Tots are the same height as the Tottles, but appear to be very similar. The main difference is the Teeny TT's have little logos on their chests and the Tottles do not.

French publicity pictures five sets of Teeny Turtles (called Mini Turtles), four sold individually and a deluxe set with two Teeny Turtles and three playsets. The cradle, stroller and swing set were sold individually as in the US, and there was also a bathtub set. The rocking horse was sold as part of a deluxe set which also included a highchair, tricycle and two Teeny Turtles (only one is pictured unfortunately). The colours of the accessories varied and turtles all look different too.
