Thundersley Glen & St Peter’s Church

On Sunday we decided to take a look around Thundersley Glen, followed by an unexpected turn around Coombe Woods, and finally a look around St Peter’s Church graveyard.

I’ve passed by the entrance to Thundersley Glen so many times on the bus, but never gone in until now.

On the opposite side of Kiln Road and down a bit onto London Road is Coombe Woods, which I had also never been in before. It was so slippy with wet mud that I didn’t get to take many photos for fear of going flying!

The north of Coombe Woods leads onto St Peter’s Church graveyard, although we didn’t enter it that way.
